Acceptance of Terms and the “7Sins” Standard

By accessing the 7SinsAsia website, blog, or resource hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing the esports industry in the Asia-Pacific region. 7SinsAsia, a subsidiary of 7Sins eSports, provides these resources to foster a professional and competitive environment. Use of this site constitutes your agreement that you will conduct yourself with the sportsmanship and integrity expected of a professional competitor. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its proprietary training materials.

Intellectual Property and “Fair Play” Licensing

All content published on 7SinsAsia—including but not limited to strategy guides, “Meta Reports,” training videos, team branding, logos, and recruitment proprietary software—is the exclusive property of 7Sins eSports.

Limited License: We grant aspiring players a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our resources for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Prohibited Acts: You may not scrape our data, republish our strategic guides as your own, or use the 7SinsAsia branding to imply an official sponsorship or “scouted” status without a signed contract from 7Sins eSports management. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property in a commercial or competitive coaching capacity will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Community Conduct and “Toxic-Free” Environment

7SinsAsia is a resource for growth. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding “toxicity,” which includes harassment, hate speech, or any behavior that undermines the inclusivity of the esports scene.

User Contributions: When commenting on blogs or participating in community forums, you grant 7SinsAsia a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and moderate that content.

Enforcement: We reserve the unilateral right to ban any user from our resources who engages in cheating, “smurfing” discussions, or behavior that violates the TOS of the publishers (e.g., Riot Games, Valve, Krafton) whose titles we cover. Your conduct on our platform reflects your viability as a future professional, and we reserve the right to share data regarding egregious behavioral violations with relevant tournament organizers.

Limitation of Liability and Performance Disclaimer

While 7SinsAsia provides high-level resources designed to help players improve, we do not guarantee professional placement, tournament wins, or specific skill increases.

“As-Is” Basis: All training materials, gear recommendations, and strategic advice are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.

Liability: 7Sins eSports and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our materials, including but not limited to hardware failure during play, loss of in-game rank, or disqualification from external tournaments. We are a resource hub, and the ultimate responsibility for competitive performance and account security rests solely with the individual player.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using the 7SinsAsia site, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through internal mediation with the 7Sins eSports compliance team before escalating to formal legal proceedings.
